Spin class workout clothes?

It was not a pretty sight. A small room with 24 stationary bikes jammed close together and lots of people peddling to nowhere, at a furious pace. However, the music was good with flashbacks to the 1980s and a little Katy Perry sprinkled in. Music that you could sing along to or go down some Memory Lane (metophorically of course).

Not quite the Spin Class I attended….

  • Heartrate up?  check
  • Waterbottle? check
  • Feet spinning?  yup

Okay, so not too much else to but check out the other women in class. What are they wearing? Those in great shape, they had lots of high tech, tank style sports tops.  Not really my style….

Looking for inspiration- not happening. There were a lot of tee shirts with NYU, Penn State, LBI  etc.. Many are  oversized and made of 100% cotton. Thirty minutes into class they are soaked in sweat, sticky & totally mis- shapened. These women use their big tee shirts to towel off too.  Like the guys at football practice. Kind of Yuck.

Where is the happy place? How you look pulled together but not like a “Gym Darla”?
